Guest must be 21 years or older to check in and must present a valid I.D. at check in. Anyone without a proper I.D. will not be permitted to check-in and/or stay on property. Only the person checking in must be 21 years +.

Essex House guest over 21 years of age are welcome to use the Clevelander Hotel amenities.

There are no rollaway beds available.

Happy Hour in Lobby Monday through Friday, 4PM to 5PM, complimentary Beer and Wine.

Pool Hours are 8am to 5pm daily.

$50 Food & Beverage Credit

Book a minimum of 3 nights, now through October 31 and travel from September 1 through October 31 (Sunday – Wednesday stays only) and you will receive a $50 Food & Beverage Credit. The credit can be used at either Essex House Hotel or Clevelander Hotel. Additional details available at check in.
