Only Penthouse level rooms at the President have space for a roll-away bed. There is a $30 extra fee for roll aways based on availabiliy.

Hotel Details

The President Hotel, is an elegant example of late 1930s Classic Art Deco style with recessed corners, framed windows, horizontal banding, decorative wrought iron railings and patterned terrazzo floors. The President Hotel is located directly on the famous Collins Avenue, minutes away from the famed pedestrian shopping and entertainment center, Lincoln Road Mall, as well as a vast array of restaurants, cafes and popular night clubs. The 64 guest rooms are all different, each appointed with one wall entirely covered with a picture portraying green elements of nature and complemented by an accent decorative pattern in a stylish cut-out sequence.
